Greetings!
You have reached the Home Pages for Scott's OSApostle.com.
By OSApostle, I mean "Open Source Apostle." That's the short, cute way of saying that I think everyone should really consider using Free and Open Source software wherever possible. This stuff is so good I've just got to share it! ... Just check out "Why?" to the left for more information.
Of course, I can help you with your all your computing needs:
Get in touch to see how I might help you or your organization to get the most satisfaction - and the least frustration - out of your technological resources.
NOTE: I have endeavored to keep these pages simple, and functional. The only plugin used is java. (I wouldn't even use that, but I found it provides a good way for me to make email links appear for you and not for the spambots! So as long as I have it, you might see some other java, like expanding links.)
According to those who study usability, there is considerable merit to keeping it simple, especially if one wants a page to load before the coffee gets cold for dialup users! Check out the Blog or some of my other projects if you want fancy. Even then, if it doesn't enhance function, I won't use it. For example, flash will be used only when there is a good reason - not as a lazy way to design a site.
